1. General Service Disclaimer

Norse AI provides AI-powered call handling, messaging, and workflow automation based solely on information, instructions, and configurations supplied by the client.
All services and outputs are provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties, guarantees, or assurances of accuracy, correctness, or performance.

Norse AI does not operate as a call center, professional advisor, compliance service, or emergency response service.


2. No Professional Advice (Strict)

Norse AI does not provide:

medical, legal, financial, or safety advice

emergency or crisis response

diagnosis, assessment, or decision-making of any kind

regulatory or compliance interpretation

AI outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment.
Clients must ensure all provided scripts, instructions, and content are lawful, appropriate, and safe for their industry.


3. Client Responsibility for Configuration & Content

Clients are fully responsible for:

the accuracy of all business information (pricing, scheduling rules, policies, safety messaging, FAQs)

all scripts, instructions, disclaimers, and custom logic provided to Norse AI

regulatory compliance in their industry and location

accuracy of caller information and outcomes

reviewing and approving all AI behavior before going live

Norse AI configures the system exactly according to client-approved settings and does not independently verify their accuracy or legality.


4. AI Output Limitations & Risks

AI-generated text, voice responses, summaries, and decisions may contain:

factual errors

misunderstanding of context

hallucinated or fabricated details

inconsistent or unintended language

missed cues or misinterpretation

Norse AI is not liable for any action taken—or not taken—based on AI output.
Clients must monitor and audit the system regularly.


5. Operational Limitations

Norse AI does not guarantee:

uninterrupted uptime (telephony, network, carrier, or vendor outages)

correct call routing in every scenario

accurate detection of emergencies, threats, abuse, or fraud

compliance with call recording laws

accuracy of transcriptions

perfect spam filtering

correct handling of complex or high-stakes caller situations

AI may fail to identify sensitive or dangerous contexts.


6. Caller Safety, Urgency & Escalation

AI cannot determine the severity, urgency, or safety implications of a caller’s situation.
Clients are responsible for providing correct instructions regarding emergencies, medical concerns, hazardous situations, legal matters, or urgent requests.

Norse AI does not detect:

medical emergencies

safety hazards

legally time-sensitive issues

abusive or threatening callers

AI should never be the sole decision-maker in any scenario with potential safety, legal, or financial impact.


7. Regulatory Compliance (Strict Client Responsibility)

Clients are solely responsible for complying with:

call recording consent laws (one-party/two-party states)

SMS/A2P 10DLC messaging rules

TCPA telemarketing and texting laws

data privacy regulations (state and federal)

industry-specific requirements (medical, legal, financial, etc.)

Norse AI cannot determine regulatory compliance for the client’s business operations.


8. Third-Party Providers

Norse AI relies on external providers such as Twilio, OpenAI, Google Cloud, GoHighLevel, and telephony carriers.
Norse AI is not responsible for outages, disruptions, throttling, or failures caused by third-party services.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norse AI is not liable for:

indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

loss of revenue, customers, or business opportunities

damages arising from inaccurate client-provided information

compliance failures by the client

reliance on AI outputs, summaries, or transcriptions

missed calls, misrouted calls, failed text messages, or telephony interruptions

Norse AI’s total liability is capped at the amount paid by the client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.


10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Norse AI harmless from any claims, damages, or regulatory penalties arising from:

misuse of AI-generated information

violations of call recording or messaging regulations

inaccurate or unlawful client-provided scripts

failure to obtain proper consent

errors caused by the client’s telephony setup or CRM integrations


11. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Norse AI does not guarantee:

increased bookings

improved customer satisfaction

improved response times

increased reviews

successful lead conversion

accurate call handling

specific financial or operational results

All business outcomes depend on factors outside Norse AI’s control.
