2.1 Service Scope
Norse AI provides software access and configuration services only.
We do not provide:
custom software development
ongoing manual call-answering
legal, medical, financial, or compliance consulting
guaranteed custom integrations outside of our standard offerings
Any requests outside this scope may require a separate agreement.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for use by businesses only.
By using our services, you represent that you are:
acting on behalf of a business or organization
authorized to enter into binding agreements
legally capable of doing so in your jurisdiction
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Subscriptions & Fees
Services may be billed monthly or as a one-time payment.
Prices may be updated with reasonable notice.
4.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions renew monthly unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Free Trials
Trials may be modified or terminated at our discretion.
4.4 Failure to Pay
We may suspend or terminate services if payment is not received.
4.5 Refund & Cancellation Policy (Summary)
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Because your AI configuration, routing, infrastructure, carrier registration, and system resources remain active throughout your billing cycle, we do not issue refunds for current or previous billing cycles.
Pausing call forwarding or disabling your number does not cancel your subscription.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes.
You may not:
use AI outputs for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activity
generate discriminatory, offensive, or misleading content
reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass our systems
violate carrier rules, call-recording laws, TCPA, or messaging regulations
use the system for spam, abusive messaging, or prohibited telemarketing
You are solely responsible for:
accuracy of all data you provide
reviewing & approving all scripts and messages
compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations
providing correct pricing, safety instructions, and operational rules
5.1 Client Compliance Certification
By using Norse AI, you represent that your business practices comply with:
call recording consent laws
A2P 10DLC rules
telemarketing/TCPA regulations
licensing or industry-specific requirements
You agree to indemnify Norse AI for violations arising from your operations.
5.2 Onboarding Cooperation
You agree to provide all required information, scripts, settings, and communication necessary to configure your system.
Delays caused by the client do not constitute grounds for refunds or credits.
6. Company Rights
We reserve the right to:
refuse service
suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
modify or discontinue features at any time
update pricing with notice
adjust AI models, behavior, or configuration methods as technology evolves
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our IP
Norse AI retains all rights to its software, systems, models, code, branding, and proprietary technology.
7.2 Client Content
Data and content submitted by clients remain their property.
7.3 AI Outputs
Clients own the outputs generated through their use of Norse AI, subject to these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & AI Limitations
8.1 “As-Is” Services
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unintended results.
We provide no warranties of accuracy or performance.
8.2 No Professional Advice
Norse AI is not a licensed medical, legal, financial, or technical professional.
8.3 Output Limitations
AI may misunderstand instructions, hallucinate details, misroute calls, or respond incorrectly.
Clients must monitor and adjust settings regularly.
8.4 Emergency & Safety Limitations
Norse AI does not detect emergencies, threats, or time-sensitive hazards.
8.5 Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Clients—not Norse AI—are responsible for compliance with:
call recording consent
A2P SMS rules
privacy and data-handling laws
industry-specific regulatory requirements
8.6 No Performance Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
increased bookings
increased reviews
improved lead conversion
improved operational performance
accuracy or reliability of caller interactions
9. Service-Level & Data Limitations
9.1 Uptime Disclaimer
Norse AI does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Telephony, SMS, and AI may experience outages or delays.
9.2 Third-Party Dependencies
We rely on providers such as Twilio, OpenAI, Google Cloud, GoHighLevel, and phone carriers.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party systems.
9.3 Data Loss
We are not responsible for loss of data, logs, recordings, or transcripts arising from system errors or third-party outages.
10. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive service-related text messages.
You may opt out by replying STOP.
We do not sell or share mobile data for marketing.
11. Call Recording & Monitoring
Some features may involve call recording or transcription.
Clients must ensure they comply with one-party or two-party consent laws before enabling these features.
12. Support
Support is provided on a best-effort basis during normal business hours.
No guaranteed response times or service levels are provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
13. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate services due to misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
