Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Norse AI, we operate on a simple, transparent month-to-month subscription model. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.

By subscribing to Norse AI services, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Month-to-Month Subscription

Norse AI subscriptions renew monthly and include access to:

AI receptionist functionality

call handling

messaging automation

workflow automations

system hosting and infrastructure

carrier registration and routing

ongoing configuration and optimization support

There are:

no long-term contracts

no cancellation fees

no penalties for stopping service

Your subscription simply renews each month unless cancelled.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date to avoid renewal.

Cancellations must be submitted via one of the following:

emailing [email protected]

using the cancellation link provided in your onboarding materials

cancelling your subscription through your Stripe customer portal

Important:
Pausing call forwarding, turning off your business phone number, or simply not using the system does not cancel your subscription.

The client is responsible for submitting a cancellation request.


3. No Refunds (Strict Policy)

All subscription payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

unused time in the current billing cycle

failure to forward calls or activate the system

internal staffing changes

change of business needs

dissatisfaction with AI behavior or outputs

low call volume or lack of calls

onboarding delays caused by the client

CRM, website, or telephony misconfigurations on the client’s side

mistaken purchases

forgetting to cancel

Refunds are only issued if required by applicable law.


4. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Even if the system is not fully used, your subscription payment covers:

your dedicated AI configuration

your telephony routing setup

your A2P carrier registration

hosting and infrastructure costs

ongoing monitoring and technical overhead

reserved system resources

access to account support

access to new updates and improvements

These resources remain active for the entire billing cycle regardless of actual usage.

Because of this, we cannot prorate or refund charges once a billing period begins.


5. Onboarding Work Is Non-Refundable

Norse AI performs real configuration work during onboarding, including:

call flow setup

knowledge base construction

scripting and response tuning

integration setup (Twilio, CRM, GHL, etc.)

safety and escalation routing

testing and refinement

importing business FAQs and policies

building the client’s custom AI foundation

These services are included at no extra cost — but because they involve substantial time and resources, they are non-refundable even if the system is never activated.


6. Technical Issues & System Disruptions

Norse AI relies on third-party providers such as:

Twilio

OpenAI

Google Cloud

GHL

phone carriers

Occasional outages or disruptions may occur.

Norse AI will always make a reasonable effort to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, but:

Technical issues do not qualify for refunds or credits.

This includes:

message delays

voicemail issues

call routing problems

transcription errors

AI misinterpretation

carrier congestion

vendor downtime

These are inherent to modern telephony and AI systems.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

their Norse AI account may be paused or terminated immediately

all configuration work and usage logs will be submitted to the payment processor

the customer remains responsible for any unpaid balances

Norse AI reserves the right to refuse future service to clients who submit fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.


8. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

duplicate charges

fraudulent transactions not authorized by the account owner

specific legal requirements under state or federal law

These situations are reviewed case-by-case.
